Ten false narratives on the Israel-Palestine conflict are dismantled chapter by chapter, confronted with history and facts.

There is a real war with thousands and thousands of deaths, and there is another virtual one, the one that pits pro-Israel and pro-Palestinian supporters against each other. Fake news abounds and the history of this conflict is constantly being falsified and exploited.
Between Israelis and Palestinians, who is wrong and who is right? The Israelis, who ‘have gone from being victims to becoming executioners’? Or the Palestinians, who “want nothing more than to destroy Israel”? When did the conflict begin? In the late 19th century, with the birth of Zionism, in the 1920s, or in 1948, when Israel was attacked by Arab countries “with the aim of destroying it”? And why has peace never been achieved? Is it an ‘atavistic hatred’ that makes this conflict ‘irremediable’ or is it only a matter of time and peace will be within reach? This book attempts to answer all these questions by challenging a series of clichés, the vast majority of which are completely false. It is an indispensable tool for clarity, because only through history it is possible to understand the legitimate claims of both sides and to navigate through the many events that make up the conflict.
