A new and agile guide that can be flicked through like a magazine or read in one go, with colour illustrations and numerous diagrams and infographics.

Imagine a world where everyone is free to express their sexuality. Where a woman’s sex life is not subject to constant scrutiny. Where those in their thirties who do not want children do not have to be pressurised by their families and society. Where the ‘alpha male’ is not the only role model for a straight man. Where queer people are not forced to hide their identity. It is a world where every body, regardless of its appearance, is beautiful and worthy of existence. In this world, rape culture and sexism are just a bad memory. Those who experience non-monogamous relationships do not have to do so in secret and those who consensually practice kink (unconventional practices) or BDSM (bondage and sadomasochism) are not considered ‘different’ (or worse). A world where sex is also talked about in schools, to spread sexual and affective education. This pocket guide accompanies the reader in the discovery of sex positivity and moves without prejudice between fluid identities, the dynamics of desire, new forms of relationships, the latest frontiers of cybersex and more. And it invites the reader to do the same, shaking off the stereotypes and preconceptions that we carry around with us.
